About the Author
A dancer's grace, written in words
Melody Lemond began her artistic life on the stage — a contemporary dancer whose performances graced venues across Australia and the United States. When the curtain fell on that chapter, the impulse to move found a new form, the language of words. Today she choreographs in sentences, letting fantasy, romance, and the metaphysical drift together like dancers across a quiet floor. Her published works Sea Moon Poemshapes and Scarlet Fan trace that same lyrical motion — and her upcoming novel Ballet of the Birds promises her most imaginative flight yet.
